Governing Body. The affairs of the corporation shall be managed by a Board of Directors.
Bill Boggess - President:
Shall preside at all meetings of the Board and the general membership. They shall be the chief executive officer of the corporation and shall have general supervision over its affairs.
Cherie Bryan - Vice President:
Shall perform the duties of the President in the President’s absence or disability.
Teecia Kent - Secretary:
Shall be responsible for all meeting minutes, official records (Annual Report, Budget), and official correspondence.
Dave Bryan - Treasurer:
Shall be responsible for the financial records of the corporation, including the collection of dues and concert fees, payment of bills, and preparation of financial reports.
Sandy Schorr - Music Librarian:
Maintains our library of sheet music.
Elaine Shabazian - Membership Coordinator:
Stays in communication with members; informs about gigs.
Marilyn Sink - Assistant Director:
Assists Director Chris Morris; leads rehearsals.
